- Pre-owned & Vintage: Authenticated and accurately described vintage or second-hand items. Condition reports are provided where relevant.

- Valuations: Available for insurance, probate, or resale purposes.
- Part Exchange: Trade in your current watch or jewellery against another item from our collection.

3. Product Condition & Accuracy
Unless stated as new, most watches and jewellery we sell are pre-owned. They may show minor signs of wear consistent with age and use. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate, but we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions at any time.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied. Orders are only confirmed once payment has cleared and you have received an official confirmation.
5. Payments
We accept secure payments via Bank Transfer, Stripe, Take Payments, Google & Apple Pay. All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
6. Delivery
We offer insured, tracked delivery on all orders. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be presented during checkout and may vary by location. Items are only dispatched after full payment has been received.
7. Returns & Refunds
For Online Purchases Only:
In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, online orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided:
- The item is returned in its original, unworn condition
- All original packaging, certificates, and accessories are included
- You notify us in writing within the 14-day window
Custom orders, sourced pieces, and any personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
For In-Store Purchases:
Refunds or exchanges for in-store purchases are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed unless the item is faulty or by which UK regulation permits us to attempt to repair the item prior to authorising a refund.

8. Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will assess the issue and offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affluent Time is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the item purchased.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using this site and purchasing from us, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
