Returns & Refunds Policy
Affluent Time
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, our returns policy allows you to send your item(s) back for a full refund*, provided the conditions below are met.
Returning Unwanted Items
If you've purchased online, you have the right to return your item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it

You then have an additional 14 days to return the item from the date of notification

The item must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, certificates, and accessories

Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit

For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery (e.g. earrings, belly bars) can only be returned if sealed packaging is intact

Any visible defect or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund as quickly as possible — usually on the same working day. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Please note: It may take up to 14 days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
Faulty Items
If your item develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund. After 30 days, the item may be sent for repair depending on the issue and warranty coverage.

If a fault is confirmed and you used standard postage to return the item, we will reimburse up to £20
Please note: Some issues may not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Our team will advise you if additional charges apply.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to swap your item, please return it for a refund using the process above, and place a new order for the replacement item.

Once authorised, please package your item securely and include your name, order number, and reason for return. Returns must be sent using a tracked and insured service — we recommend keeping your proof of postage.
